Effective February 1, 2015, we are authorized to sell Cuba through the ARC without a specific license from OFAC.
Flights published in the GDS with the exception of Cubana de Aviacion can be issued.
Remember that flights to Cuba Tourist purposes remain prohibited. American passengers or legal residents must certify that the purpose of the trip this within 12 categories authorized. This certification must be delivered to the airline at the airport of departure and the issued Agent must retain the copy and the ID for at least 5 years. If the traveler is using any special license, a copy is required. Tour packages (hotels or city tour or car rentals) is not permitted to sell in the US.
